Directions for Use

Start taking it from the same day you quit taking nicotine (chewing or inhaling tobacco in the form of cigarettes).

• Gums: These gums should be chewed slowly, unlike regular gums, to get the most nicotine out of them. Chew at least after 15 minutes of eating or drinking.
