Dayvigo (Lemborexant) is a prescription medication used for the treatment of insomnia, specifically for patients who have difficulty falling or staying asleep. It is a dual orexin receptor antagonist that helps regulate the sleep-wake cycle by inhibiting the action of orexin, a neuropeptide that promotes wakefulness.

Indications:

Dosage and Administration:
The typical starting dose for adults is 5 mg, taken once nightly, immediately before bedtime. The dose can be increased to 10 mg if needed, but only under medical supervision.
