Product Description:
Dayvigo (Lemborexant) is a prescription medication used for the treatment of insomnia, specifically for patients who have difficulty falling or staying asleep. It is a dual orexin receptor antagonist that helps regulate the sleep-wake cycle by inhibiting the action of orexin, a neuropeptide that promotes wakefulness.

Indications:

Folitrax (Methotrexate) 2.5mg Tablet is a disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD) and chemotherapy agent used to treat various autoimmune diseases and cancers by inhibiting cell division and suppressing the immune system.

Uses: Autoimmune Diseases:
  1. Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) – Reduces joint inflammation and slows disease progression.

  2. Psoriasis – Treats severe cases by suppressing the immune response.

  3. Psoriatic Arthritis – Helps control joint pain and swelling.

  4. Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) – Used in some cases to manage severe symptoms.

  5. Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) (e.g., Crohn’s disease) – Occasionally used in severe cases.

Cancers:
  1. Leukemia (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia - ALL)

How It Works:
  • Blocks dihydrofolate reductase, an enzyme needed for DNA synthesis, slowing the growth of rapidly dividing cells (like cancer and immune cells).

Dosage & Administration:
  • For autoimmune diseases: Taken once a week (never daily) to reduce toxicity.

  • For cancer treatment: Dose varies and may be taken daily or in cycles.

  • Take with or without food, swallow whole with water.
